Class room management :
1. Use meta language, such ad gesture, eye

3. Admit your ignorance
4. Be explicit
5. Use body language
6. Use pair work/ group work to increase
students talking time
7. Don’t be afraid of silence /noise
8. Keep your language minimum when students are working
9. Vary your voice
10. Use pauses to clarify what you say
11. Arrange the seating to help the learners
12. Stand up when you are directing activity
13. Look at the students / keep eye on the students / make eye contact
14. Use your hands to encourage and direct the students
